Quarter-time service term of 450 hours:

Receive a living allowance in the amount of $6,000 (distributed bi-weekly during your 6-month service term) and information about supplemental resources.

Earn a Segal Education Award of $1,678.57 upon completion of your service term, which can be used to help pay for college, graduate school, or vocational training, or to repay qualified student loans. Some student loans may also qualify for forbearance during the term of service.
Full-time service term of 1,700 hours:

Receive a living allowance in the amount of $20,000 (distributed bi-weekly during your 10-month service term) and information about supplemental resources.

Full-time members are eligible for healthcare benefits while completing the service term.

Earn a Segal Education Award of $6,345 upon completion of your service term, which can be used to help pay for college, graduate school, or vocational training, or to repay qualified student loans. Some student loans may also qualify for forbearance during the term of service.
