Biography
Dr. Xuan is a member of the Early Childhood & Disabilities research unit at the Center, specfically focusing on the Early On evaluation project. In her capacity at the Center, she has also researched early childhood intervention, policy evaluation, and family involvement.
Prior to joining the Center in April 2007, Dr. Xuan worked on projects dedicated to preschool literatacy development, especially for children with autism, language impairment and developmental delays. She has a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Penn State, as well as Master's degrees in Developmental and Cognitive Psychology.
