The Center can assist in developing either a web-based system or a computer-based system for data collection, data manipulation, and reporting, as well as continued maintenance and management of such a system.

Healthy Homes Case Management System

The Healthy Homes Case Management System (HHCMS) is an all-in-one, affordable and intuitive database designed for federal initiatives and philanthropic projects. Give your organization the advantage of a complete case management solution – stay organized with resident housing type features, occupant demographic information, customized reports and referrals complete with the ease of a built-in Google Map feature for locating the home. The HHCMS is the only database that also includes an integrated client portal and mobile app version for tablets and phones so everyone stays informed and connected.

Currently the Center is offering the HHCMS to the public. Prices may vary based upon client needs. Current pricing for the system is a one-time fee of $600 for set-up costs and $75 per month for access. This includes one training session on how to use the system and additional assistance and troubleshooting for 60 days after set-up. An estimate of additional costs for further customization, training and technical assistance can be provided upon request after consultation with the client.
