Evaluations can consist of monitoring program activities and suggesting improvements. They may also examine processes or technology to suggest alternatives and provide recommendations and directions to policy makers. Program evaluation uses both qualitative and quantitative methods of social research, and can answer questions about a program, project, or system's efficiency and efficacy.IMG_9353.JPG
